The lobby captivates with its stunning architecture and elegance. Check-in felt efficient, but the staff seemed a bit disorganized when addressing my questions about amenities. My room, a Classic Double, was spacious but lacked sufficient drawer space for a week-long stay. The bed was comfortable with crisp linens, but the shower had inconsistent water pressure, which was a letdown. Coffee and tea facilities were rather minimal, providing only a couple of tea bags. Although the breakfast selection was decent, the hot items were underwhelming and not at the expected temperature. The location is fantastic, very close to Victoria Station, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, the entrance poses a challenge if you have luggage, requiring you to cross a busy road. Overall, the experience felt like it could have been exceptional with better attention to detail.

amazing stay at the clermont! loved the ambience n the impressive reception area is just wow. the staff were super friendly and the room was clean n comfy. the bed was 2 die for, seriously had the best sleep ever. also, the location is right by victoria station, so easy to get around london.
